FAQ

1. Do I need to create an account before I place an order?

Not required but highly recommended.  You are welcome to browse and fill up your cart without an account with us and even check out as a guest but again we highly recommend registering your account prior to placing your order.

2. How do I create an account?

At checkout, you'll receive a prompt asking you to sign in or register an account. We take you through the process step-by-step—easy-peasy!

Alternately, look for the person icon on the right corner of our website, next to your shopping cart. Clicking that takes you to the sign-in screen where you can either log in with an existing account or create a new one.

3. What if I forgot my password?

At sign-in, click the “Forgot your password?” link, and we'll get you set up with a new password right away.

4. What types of payment do you accept?

Food Fresh Ware happily accepts a variety of payment options, including but not limited to:

5. Do I have to make a maximum purchase in order to be eligible for free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above $50.00, however we do run promotions for FREE shipping on all items from time to time.

6. Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes! When you set up an account, simply pick your country of origin. Items shipped outside of the United States, however international rates may apply.

7. How fast will my new kitchen gadgets ship?

Typically, we prepare your order for delivery within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Products usually arrive at your front door within 14-21 business days of the receipt of your order. Just please note that larger orders may take more time to process.

8. Can I return an item?

Food Fresh Ware wants every customer to feel happy and satisfied with their purchase! If you need to return an item, please email us at info@foodfreshware.com within 14 days of your original order date. You'll need to mail the item back to us along with proof of purchase, at which point we will gladly issue a full or partial refund, as applicable.

9. Where do you at Food Fresh Ware find inspiration for cooking?

Experimenting with fun kitchen tools always inspires us to come up with new cooking ideas! We personally love trying out fresh ideas in the kitchen and seeing where they take us and if we absolutely love them we offer them here for you, our wonderful customers!

10. Do you offer recipes?

11. Do you have a regular brick-and-mortar store?

No, we are an online store only at this time.

12. How often do you stock new items?

We try to keep all your favorite items fully stocked at all times. If something you want isn't available, drop us a line and let us know!
